We are proud of our Scandinavian heritage here in Northern Minnesota. It shows up in our family during the holidays with lots of baking and sweet buttery treats. The Cardamom Krumkake Chocolate Bar is our “taste of place” for our home in Northern Minnesota. Krumkake: a thin, sweet Norwegian cookie made on a hot iron, then shaped around a cone.
